All of the profits from Planet Access Company are invested back into Search, Inc ., which in turn helps to open doors to community life for our friends, family members and neighbors with disabilities. Planet Access Company supports awesome programs like Visibility Arts, No Boundaries, Ignite and Search for Adventure!
Services Provided
Planet Access Company is a leader in third-party logistics offering customized warehousing, inventory management, business to business and business to e-commerce fulfillment, special handling, packaging and kitting services. Additionally, our program provides meaningful workplace experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In the state of Illinois, only 35% of people with disabilities are employed. For adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, that number drops to just 9%. That is why Search, Inc. is committed to expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Over 40% of its permanent Planet Access Company workforce is composed of individuals with disabilities.

How Donations Are Used
Donations are used to support job training and various career opportunities for adults with I/DD. All purchases go towards essential services for individuals with disabilities.
Planet Access Store
- Located in Lincoln Square, Chicago, Planet Access is a Toad&Co. partner store, including socially-conscious sustainable clothing, home goods, and gifts.
- Opening hours are Monday-Friday from 11-6 PM and Saturday-Sunday from 10-5 PM.
