Mission
To improve the quality of life for individuals and their families affected by developmental disabilities through specialized, caring, and affordable services.
Services Provided
L.I.F.E. provides multiple services including a private academy, after school and summer programs, behavioral programming and support, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, music therapy, aquatic therapy, adult day treatment, transition to employment training, and community services including habilitation, respite, and attendant care.
How Many People Reached
L.I.F.E. currently serves over 500 consumers and their families annually.
How Donations Are Used
L.I.F.E. is a 501c3 non-profit organization that aims to provide exceptional services for people with disabilities at little to no cost to families. Donations are used to help achieve this mission.
Awards or Accreditations
- L.I.F.E. has a GuideStar Seal of Transparency platinum status.
- L.I.F.E’s Behavioral Programming and Support Department has a 2 year accreditation with Behavioral Health Center of Excellence® (BHCOE®).
