The Chronic Disease Coalition is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of chronic disease patients against discriminatory healthcare policies and practices.
Services Provided
The Chronic Disease Coalition is community of patients, family members, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, medical professionals and others who care deeply about the needs of the millions of Americans with chronic diseases. The Chronic Disease Coalition provides crucial advocacy work and patient activation needed to ensure patients' rights are being upheld in policies across the country.
How Many People Reached
Since established in 2015, the Coalition has grown to more than 10,000 patient advocates across the nation. It regularly engages with its advocacy network reaching the more than 33 million Americans that struggle with chronic disease.

Interesting Facts
In addition to activating patient advocates across the country, the Chronic Disease Coalition manages a Patient Ambassador program. The program is a strong network of patients that are eager to fight chronic disease discrimination.
